Returns, exchanges and claimsReturns You have a right to return the goods within 14 days from when you receive your order. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and with all labels attached.
Fill in and attach the return slip included in the package (returns without a completed return slip are returned unopened to the sender).
If you wish to return any products you can take advantage of
free return shipping by using the address label included in your package. You can also download the address label from the website for returns free of shipping charges.
A handling charge is payable for returned goods, for the moment

DiscountsA prospective discount is only valid with one purchase and cannot be transferred to future purchases or returns. This rule applies to our "Dress of the day", because of the fact that the price is only valid for one day.
If the discount has not been used due to the following reasons that you as a customer has not been logged in as a member or that you have not entered a discount code in a valid way and then pressed OK, then there will not be a possibility for us to make the code usable after a purchase.
The discount will be deducted of the final sum of a purchase and if you as a customer return a product then the discount will be counted of from that specific product.
Refunds for returnsRefunds on returns are made to the card you used for the purchase. We refund the full value of the goods, minus return handling charge. Refunds on returns are made within one week from when we receive, approve and process your return.
ExchangeYou can exchange a product by placing a new order yourself on our website. That minimises the risk that the goods you wish to exchange your goods for may sell out before your return has reached us. The new order also includes new shipping charges. For that reason, no exchange is booked and no offsetting takes place when we process your return.
ClaimsIf your package has external damage, you should make a complaint to your local postal service. If you only discovered the damage when you opened the package at home, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions.
Bubbleroom pays the original shipping for damaged or incorrectly-dispatched goods. Our customer service must always be notified in advance of any claim at
customerservice@bubbleroom.com. We do not pay compensation for claims which are not notified in advance or which are not returned by a shipping method approved by us.
