Returns, exchanges and claims

Right of cancellation

You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the order confirmation or goods. You do this by informing us within the cancellation period (14 days) to say that you wish to use your right of cancellation and return the goods. You can also cancel your purchase if one/several goods are back ordered or you receive a new delivery date for the goods. In this case, please contact our Customer Service team. If you wish to cancel the purchase without collecting the order, you must inform us of this (see Uncollected packages).

Using your right of cancellation

Return the goods in essentially unaltered condition, ideally in their original packaging. Skincare, make up and haircare products and perfume sets containing skincare products must be returned in intact packaging if you wish to use your right of cancellation. You should enclose the return slip and ideally state the reason for the return. The return slip includes the address (prepaid customer return) that you should use. If you use your right of cancellation, the return shipping (currently 9€) will be charged retrospectively if you have chosen to use our return slip. If the goods are not in essentially unaltered condition, a deduction for any reduction in value may be made from the amount repaid.

Repayment

Takes place as soon as the return has been received, but no later than within 14 days. If you cancel the entire purchase, you will also be repaid the shipping fee and any cash on delivery fee. If you use your right of cancellation you pay the return shipping.
Refunds on returns are made to the same card you used for the purchase. We will refund the full value of the goods, minus the return handling charge of 9,90 €. Refunds on returns are made within one week from when we have received, approved and processed your return.

Right of return/exchange

Return the goods in unaltered condition, ideally in their original packaging. Return all parts, even if they are broken. You should enclose the return slip and ideally state the reason for the return. The return slip includes the address (prepaid customer return) that you should use.
Please note that the prepaid shipping slip is NOT valid for example in the U.K or Netherlands! If you are currently living in the U.K we ask you kindly to return the items at your own cost and we will compensate the costs afterwards on your credit card. Please keep a copy of the receipt you get from the postal office after returning your order and send it to our customer service at customerservice@bubbleroom.com.
You may change to another item, free of charge. We do not exchange products within skincare, make up, haircare or perfume sets that contain skincare products for hygiene reasons if these are returned in opened packaging. If the goods are not in essentially unaltered condition, a deduction for any reduction in value may be made from the amount repaid. If you use your right of return/exchange, the return shipping (currently 9€) will be charged retrospectively if you have chosen to use our Bubblerooms return slip. If the goods were incorrect or shipped in error, Bubbleroom will pay the return shipping fee. In the case of exchange or return, you are responsible for transport risks. Always save guarantee/delivery notes until the return is completed, as these show your return package number which you will require in the case of any claims. If you order more than one item and do not return them all, we do not repay the shipping fee or any cash on delivery fee as the fees are the same regardless of the number of items ordered.

Complaints

You always have the full right to make a complaint for up to 3 years. Contact Bubbleroom immediately if the goods are incorrect or damaged.



Disputes and choice of law

Swedish law applies to these general terms and conditions. In the case of any disputes, we follow the general recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.

Personal information

Bubbleroom is the personal data controller for the processing of the personal information provided to us by the customer. We will check your information against the national population register. The goods will be delivered to the address stated in the register. Your personal and purchase information will be processed to maintain our customer relations and for marketing purposes, both general and selective, by Bubblerooms parent company, Consortio Fashion Group AB and its subsidiaries and collaboration partners.
