What is Bubbleroom?
Bubbleroom is Sweden’s fastest growing fashion site. It was started by the entrepreneur Svante Tegnér. The site is intended for everyone who likes clothes and fashion. We are an all-Swedish company forming part of the Halens group. Our head office and our warehouse is in Borås, around 60 kilometres east of Gothenburg.

What makes Bubbleroom unique is our range – we have clothes to suit a range of styles and pockets, everything including budget, mid-price and luxury. We have an extremely fast turnover in our collections and new products are introduced in our highly popular shop every day. Is there a minimum order?
There is an minium order value on 10 €-

What are my payment options?
At present you can only play using a credit card – VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron and Maestro. You can only use a card issued in the country where you place your order.

What delivery methods does Bubbleroom use?
Bubbleroom cooperates with Svenska Posten [the Swedish postal service] and we use their service for delivering 1st class mail to most countries throughout the world. At present we deliver to all EU-countries.

What delivery charges do I pay?
Delivery charge is only 6 EUR to all countries.

What are the delivery times?
Goods will be shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. The shipping companie´s broadcast times varies by place of residence and may therefore vary.
Certain products may take a little longer during high season or during periods when the volume of deliveries is greater. We do our best to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.

Order goods which are stored at our external partners are subject to different delivery times. These are specified for each product. The delivery time is calculated from the date when our supplier promised to deliver the product to our warehouse to be packed along with any goods you ordered from our own warehouse.
We assume no liability in the event that goods are sold out or for any stock balance errors that may occur.

Can I order express delivery to receive my goods faster than the set delivery times?
Not at present, but our delivery times are fast in any case!

Where is my package?
The delivery time for our packages is 7-14 days, depending on where in the world you live. After this period, we presume that your order can be collected from your local post office. If you have any questions concerning your package, please contact our customer service at customerservice@bubbleroom.com

Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?
Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy are payable by our customers. Bubbleroom cannot give any guarantees or estimates as to whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What happens if there are banned items in my shipment?
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning items banned in their countries. We are required by law to declare the actual content and value of our shipments. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, Bubbleroom is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).

Can I have refund if I reject my package when it is delivered to me?
If customers reject the package because of customs issues or other issues arising for which they are responsible, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund relating to the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to customers.

How do I know what size to order?
As a rule, our sizes are European and are shown as numbers, e.g. 36. We also have many garments marked with international sizes in the form of letters, e.g. XS, S, M, etc. See also our conversion tables for measurements. These are general, but may be of use.
Sometimes, to make your choice easier, we convert certain hard-to-interpret sizes to international sizes. These are shown in brackets after the size marked on the garment. If you are not sure what size to order, please contact us at customerservice@bubbleroom.com. Don’t forget to state which garment you are referring to. You are welcome to mail a link to the garment in question.

Why is my size not available?
If you can’t find your size, it means it’s sold out. Our supply is seasonal and as a rule we will not be receiving more items of the same size.

I'm a registered member. Why don’t my details come up when I place my order?
We ask you to fill in your address and contact details carefully when ordering and registering to make things easier for the postal service and to help us reach you more easily. Otherwise we can’t guarantee that your details will come up automatically as they usually do when you place your order.

Does Bubbleroom have a physical shop or product catalogue?
No. We are purely an online trading company.

What happens if I do not collect my package?
If you do not collect your package, we will be forced to charge you the real shipping cost, i.e. the cost that Posten charges us and not the subsidised shipping charge of 6 EUR. For uncollected goods we are also obliged to impose a handling charge of 29 EUR. The total amount payable for uncollected packages is a minimum of the real return shipping cost to your country + our handling cost at the warehouse. That amount is deducted from your credit card when we credit the uncollected goods.

Changed your mind?
You have a right to return the goods within 14 days from when you receive your order, provided that the goods are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging with all labels attached. This approval period does not apply to underwear if the seal has been broken.

How do I return my order?
Return the goods in unaltered condition, ideally in their original packaging.
You should enclose the return slip and ideally state the reason for the return.
We kindly ask you to return the items at your own cost and we will compensate the costs afterwards on your credit card. Please keep a copy of the receipt you get from the postal office after returning your order and send it to our customer service at customerservice@bubbleroom.com. together with IBAN Number and SWIFT Number.
Please note that the return shipping cost (currently 9€) will be charged, as we do not have free returns.

How quickly do I get my refund?
Refunds on returns are verified at the earliest one week after we have received, approved and processed the return in question.

How much is refunded to my card?
For ordinary returns, the full value of the goods is refunded, minus original shipping and return handling fee.

Can I exchange goods?
Yes. You can do that by placing a completely new order yourself. The new order also includes new shipping charges. In that way we minimise the risk that the goods you wish to exchange your goods for may sell out before your return has reached us. For that reason, no exchange is ordered and no offsetting takes place when we process your return.

Can I return reduced goods marked SALE?
We do not give refunds on goods marked SALE. These goods may only be exchanged.

If your package has external damage, you should make a claim to your local postal service. If you only discover the damage when you open the package at home, please contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail for further instructions.
Bubbleroom will pay shipping costs for damaged or incorrectly-dispatched goods if the claim is approved by us. Our customer service must always be notified in advance of any claim at customerservice@bubbleroom.com.We do not pay compensation for claims which are not notified in advance or which are not returned by a shipping method approved by us.
