Terms

1. GENERAL

The following general terms and conditions apply to all agreements concluded by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with New Bubbleroom Sweden AB, reg. no. 556699-9214 (hereinafter referred to as “Bubbleroom”, “us” or “we”). By placing an order with us, you accept these terms. Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing an order with Bubbleroom.

Ordering of products is done via www.bubbleroom.eu or by email to Bubbleroom. Orders made by persons under the age of 18 are assessed in accordance with current rules for cash purchases and a guardian's approval for the order must be obtained. We reserve the right to refuse an order if, for example, you have provided inaccurate personal data and if we suspect fraud.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions that apply to you are those that you approved at the time of ordering.

2. SALE OF GOODS AGREEMENT

You place your orders via www.bubbleroom.eu or by email. The minimum order value is currently 10€. An order can only be completed once you have accepted our general terms and conditions.

You enter into a sale of goods agreement as soon as you receive an order confirmation from Bubbleroom. This is sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order, unless it is incorrect. If for any reason we are unable to send your order, we will always notify you by email or telephone. Refunds for such orders are made using the same payment method as the one used to place the order.

3. PERSONAL DATA AND MEMBERSHIP

New Bubbleroom Sweden AB, reg. no. 556699-9214, is the personal data controller and responsible for the processing of your personal data. We process your personal data in order to, for example, be able to deliver your order or receive your payment. We may also use your personal data to send marketing to you via email, SMS or postal mail, and send personalized offers based on your purchase history and the goods you have shown interest in. Detailed information on how Bubbleroom handles your personal data, your rights and how you can exercise them can be found under “Privacy Policy”.

A member is defined as a person who is registered with Bubbleroom. Membership is applicable to all current and future purchases at Bubbleroom. Membership is valid until further notice and may be terminated at any time. Termination of membership is administered via “My Pages”. As a member and customer, the utmost care should be taken with regards to your username and password.

4. PRICES AND FEES

All prices on our website are shown in Euro (€). All products in the Bubbleroom range are shown with VAT included. We reserve the right to make price changes, to any possible errors in pricing information, and to any clearance sales. All payments made to Bubbleroom are rounded to the nearest €. Prices do not include transaction or shipping fees.

Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy are payable by our customers. Bubbleroom can’t give any guarantees or estimates as to whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

5. PAYMENT

Payment for orders can be done with the following payment methods.

Card Payments
Bubbleroom uses the payment service provider DIBS. DIBS is entirely responsible for your security when you use their payment service. When making a purchase via DIBS, all transaction information is encrypted so that no unauthorized person can access it. You can pay with Visa or Mastercard. Bubbleroom does not charge an extra fee when you use this payment method. When making a card payment, the amount is first reserved while packing your order and deducted when we send your package.

By making a purchase at Bubbleroom, you agree that you would like to use the same payment method for any subsequent charges related to that particular purchase. These charges are limited to costs incurred in connection with returns or other costs in connection to exchanges in accordance with our current price list.

If you are awaiting a refund, it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement after Bubbleroom has processed the case. This is to enable all parties, including the bank, to complete the transaction.

PayPal
When you select the PayPal payment method at checkout, the payment is carried out directly via PayPal. Once the payment has been registered at Bubbleroom, your order shall be posted to you. Bubbleroom does not charge an extra fee when you use this payment method.

6. DELIVERY

Delivery Timeframe
Items are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Afterwards your local carrier has a total transfer period of ca 7-14 days, depending on your address. Your package will be either delivered to your home address or to the closest carrier office.

Delivery Method
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with the relevant information and the possibility to track your order. You will always receive an email, a notification letter or an SMS informing you where to pick up your parcel. For shipping methods which require ID documentation, we ask you to present a valid ID.

Uncollected Parcels
If you have not collected your parcel within the specified timeframe, your package will be automatically sent back to us. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, we ask you to notify us first because an uncollected parcel does not fall under this category. You can read more in section 7 (Right of Withdrawal).

Complaints upon Delivery
Bubbleroom is responsible for your order until you receive it. If you find any damage to the shipment, you should notify Bubbleroom before you open the parcel. If you suspect that an item is missing from the shipment or that the seal is broken, you must notify the postal agent immediately.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Exercising your right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days without specifying the reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the date you receive the final item(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to fill out the return form included in your parcel and return the goods to us. If you choose not to use our return form, you can inform us of your decision to withdraw your order before the withdrawal period ends by sending an email to our customer service. Please specify your name, address, and customer id. The item(s) must be returned properly packaged and in the original condition.

Refunds
We will refund you in full, including the cost of our standard delivery option, without unreasonable delay and within 14 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw your order. We refund you using the same payment method you used when you placed the order. You will not incur any additional fees. We have the right to delay the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw your order. We kindly ask you to return the items at your own cost and we will compensate the costs afterwards on your credit card/PayPal. Please keep a copy of the receipt you get from the postal office after returning your order and send it to our customer service together with IBAN number and SWIFT number.

Please note that the return shipping cost (currently 9€) will be charged, as we do not have free returns. However, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation of the goods to the extent that the depreciation is due to excessive handling of the goods by you as a customer.

8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You may change your ordered item(s) to a different size free of charge. If you exercise your right to exchange, you must pay the return shipping cost but not the shipping cost for the item in the different size.

If you wish to exercise your right to return or exchange, please return the item(s) in the original condition. In case of a complaint, this is not always possible; please refer to section 9 (Complaints). Please attach the return form that came with your purchase, indicating the reason for returning the item(s). If the goods arrive in an altered condition, a deduction for any value reduction may be made on the refund amount. If you exercise your right to return or exchange, you shall be charged a return fee (currently 9,90€). If you order more than one item and do not return them all, you will not be refunded the return shipping cost since the fee is the same regardless of number of items ordered. Bubbleroom covers the return shipping cost if an item is damaged or defective. In case of an exchange/return, you are responsible for the transport. Therefore, should anything happen to the shipment before it arrives at Bubbleroom, please remember to keep the delivery note from your purchase together with the receipt from the postal agent where you posted your return.

Refunds

Reasonable Returns
For environmental reasons and to be able to continue to offer competitive prices and a good service, we are constantly working to reduce the amount of unnecessary returns. The majority of our fantastic customers return a reasonable number of goods. However, some customers order and return a very large number of goods, greater than even the most loyal of customers would do. If we discover an unusual pattern of purchases and returns, e.g. the return of used goods or the return of a large amount of goods, we may deem it necessary to close your account. If this happens to you and you believe we have made a mistake, please contact us so that we can review the situation.

9. COMPLAINTS

Bubbleroom adheres to current consumer legislation. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us as soon as you discover the defect. Notifying us within two months of discovering the defect is considered to be an acceptable time period. In the case of damage during transport or a missing item, please contact Bubbleroom immediately. You can read more in section 6 (Delivery). Bubbleroom is responsible for the return cost for approved complaints.

10. DISPUTES AND THE LAW

Bubbleroom always strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction. If we cannot reach an agreement to your satisfaction, you may forward the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. You can submit the case here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS

Discounts and offers apply only to members of Bubbleroom, whereby login is required to use a discount code. Please note that discount codes should be entered exactly as given. The price is adjusted according to the discount associated with the specific discount code. Validity and conditions are stated in connection with the discount code. The discount is valid on a single purchase and cannot be transferred to exchanges or future orders. This also applies to temporary offers since the price is only valid for a specific time or day. If the discount is not deducted correctly in connection with your purchase, please contact us before completing your order.

It is not possible to combine discount codes in a single order or to use them in conjunction with gift cards.

12. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We always strive to display our products as accurately as possible. This includes color rendering and measurements, for example. All image information should be considered as a guideline only, and we cannot guarantee that images are an exact representation of the product. Color rendering may vary depending on your particular device or screen.

Garment dimensions are approximate and should be considered as a guideline for the size that suits you. The dimensions shown in our size chart are not translatable to the actual dimensions of the garment.

Bubbleroom reserves itself for any textual or image errors as well as product specification errors on all products in the range. Bubbleroom reserves the right to sell out of a product at any time.
